ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Sage XP was founded by Kateryna Byelova, a communications professional with over 15 years of experience in leadership roles across the metallurgy, oil & gas, and logistics industries. She designed and built functions from scratch for companies with up to 350,000 employees, often during complex transformations, mergers, and restructuring.
Kateryna holds a Master’s in Communications degree from Johns Hopkins University and is the author of the first research study on Internal Communications and Culture development across the Gulf region.
