The Sage Maturity Model is a proprietary diagnostic framework for assessing the maturity of Internal Communications and Organizational Culture functions.
It clarifies where your function stands today and what is required to strengthen its impact. When your function moves up a level, so does its business contribution.
No surveys. No complex software. Just a practical tool for identifying gaps and unlocking higher impact.
Organizations are categorized into four levels based on their performance across four key dimensions:
R — Reach: How many employees your function reaches
E — Engagement: How many actively use what you offer
M — Measurement: Whether impact is tracked
Ef — Effectiveness: How well your function meets its goals
An organization’s maturity level is determined by the lowest-performing dimension.

Kateryna Byelova, Founder & Expert in Internal Communications and Organizational Culture
Sage XP was founded by Kateryna Byelova, an Internal Communications and Corporate Culture expert with over 15 years of experience leading large-scale transformation programs across metallurgy, oil & gas, and logistics industries.
She has designed and built Internal Communications and Culture functions for organizations with up to 350,000 employees, often during mergers, restructuring, and growth phases.
Kateryna holds a Master’s degree in Communication from Johns Hopkins University and is the author of the first regional benchmark study on Internal Communications and Corporate Culture in the GCC.
