Sage XP was founded by Kateryna Byelova, an Internal Communications and Corporate Culture expert with over 15 years of experience leading large-scale transformation programs across metallurgy, oil & gas, and logistics industries.
She has designed and built Internal Communications and Culture functions for organizations with up to 350,000 employees, often during mergers, restructuring, and growth phases.
Kateryna holds a Master’s degree in Communication from Johns Hopkins University and is the author of the first regional benchmark study on Internal Communications and Corporate Culture in the GCC.

Crislaine is a senior communications consultant with 15+ years of experience leading internal communications, reputation, and transformation initiatives across Latin America and global organizations.
She has managed corporate reputation and crisis communication at national level, supporting executive messaging and high-visibility reporting. Her background combines corporate and factory-floor experience, enabling her to design communication systems that connect leadership strategy with employee realities.
At Sage XP, Crislaine supports Internal Communications and Corporate Culture projects, focusing on governance, messaging alignment, employee engagement, and performance-driven communication frameworks.

Tasha is an internal communications and employee engagement specialist with experience across the Middle East and Europe.
She supports research, employee experience diagnostics, surveys, focus groups, and insight analysis, helping organizations design practical communication and culture frameworks. Her work contributes to engagement strategies, culture roadmaps, and structured internal communication initiatives.
At Sage XP, Tasha plays a key role in research execution, data analysis, and implementation support across consulting projects in the Gulf region.
