Learn how to build an Internal Communications & Culture Strategy for your organization, while developing the skills to lead it.
Participants apply the learnings to their own organizational reality, step by step building a practical Internal Communications & Culture Strategy.
By the end of the program, they will have a draft strategy ready to refine, based on business priorities, leadership intent, employee needs and communication challenges.
After each module, participants complete a practical assignment using their business context.
Each assignment is reviewed by an experienced communications executive through a consulting-style process, with structured feedback to help participants test their thinking, and strengthen their work.
Sage XP Academy starts with a different question: not “What should we communicate?” but “What needs to change for the business to succeed?”
Participants learn how to translate business priorities into required behaviors and design the communication system needed to support change.
Sage XP Academy combines hands-on experience from complex organizations with evidence-based academic methodologies.
Led by Kateryna Byelova, the program brings together 18+ years of senior communications experience and a Master’s in Communication from Johns Hopkins University.
Participants join a pre-program consultation to discuss their business context, key communication challenges and questions.
This helps them prepare to apply the methodology to their own organization from the start.
Participants build their strategy through five core modules:
Module 01. Leadership Intent & Business Goals
Translate business priorities into the employee behaviors needed to support them.
Module 02. Employee Reality
Understand employee perceptions, barriers and motivators.
Module 03. Communication & Culture Audit
Assess current communication and culture practices.
Module 04. Communication & Culture Strategy Development
Turn the analysis into an actionable Internal Comms & Culture Strategy.
Module 05. Communication & Culture Strategy Implementation
Develop the roadmap for putting the strategy into practice.
Participants join a final expert review session to discuss their strategy, receive feedback and identify areas to refine before presenting or implementing it.
Participants leave with a practical draft Internal Communications & Culture Strategy built around their business context and informed by the analysis completed throughout the program.
They also receive a Certificate in Internal Communications & Culture Strategy, recognizing their knowledge and practical work, which can be added to LinkedIn as a badge.
